By purchasing from this website, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

These terms apply to original artworks, commissioned works, drawings, and prints.

Artworks:

Original artworks

Original paintings are unique, one-of-a-kind works. Once sold, they are not reproducible.

Commissions:

(paintings & drawings)

Commissions are made to order and based on the client’s request and the artist’s interpretation.

• A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the commission. However, you can apply the payment towards any products on my website.
• Final payment is due before shipment
• Production time is typically 2–4 months for PAINTINGS
• Production time is typically 2–3 months for DRAWINGS
• The artist retains full creative freedom

Prints:

Prints are reproductions of original artworks and are produced and shipped securely.

Shipping:

All orders are shipped with tracking.

Estimated delivery times:

• Europe: ~15 business days
• Rest of the world: ~21 business days

Production time for commissions is additional.

Delays caused by customs or couriers are outside the artist’s control.

Customs & Import Fees:

All customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Loss or Damage:

All shipments are tracked.

If an artwork arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the courier, a refund will be issued upon verification.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

EU Right of Withdrawal

EU customers may withdraw from eligible purchases within 14 days of delivery.

This applies only to ready-made artworks.

Commissions and custom-made works are excluded, as they are created specifically to order.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify us within 14 days of delivery.
