Once the commission form is completed, what are the next steps?
Once the Commission Form is completed and submitted, the artist will reach out to you via email to confirm the portrait commission. Next, we will proceed with the deposit payment.
Do I have the flexibility to modify elements while the commission?
Providing artists with complete creative freedom is crucial, but making minor adjustments is not a significant issue.
May I have a look at the drawing while it's still in progress?
The artist will provide you with a photo of the drawing when it is 80% complete, giving you an overview and allowing for minor adjustments if needed. It's advisable to grant the artist complete creative freedom. The final photos and videos will be shared with you upon the completion of the drawing.
If you decide not to go through with the commission after paying the deposit?
Luckily, it never happened, but the deposit is non-refundable. However, you can apply the payment towards any products on my website.
When should I pay the final payment?
The last payment will occur upon completion of the portrait and readiness for shipment at the time of delivery.
