The quality of the final portrait depends entirely on the quality of the reference photos: high resolution, good lighting, clear details, and no filters. Images can be sent via email or WeTransfer.

Timeframes vary depending on the complexity, size, and number of subjects. On average, please allow 2–3 months for creation and shipping.

Once the commission form is completed, what are the next steps?
Once the Commission Form is completed and submitted, the artist will reach out to you via email to confirm the portrait commission. Next, we will proceed with the deposit payment.
If you decide not to go through with the commission after paying the deposit?
Luckily, it never happened, but the deposit is non-refundable. However, you can apply the payment towards any products on my website.
When should I pay the final payment?
The last payment will occur upon completion of the portrait and readiness for shipment at the time of delivery.
Loss or Damage During Shipping
In case of any damage, please send a photo to info@veronicacaterisano.com within the first few days of delivery.
All artworks are shipped with tracking to ensure full transparency. In the event of non-delivery, as confirmed by the courier’s tracking system, every effort will be made to resolve the issue.
If the package is confirmed as lost and undelivered, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued. This is the maximum support that can be offered, given the unique and non-replicable nature of the artworks.
